Hamilton & Burlington had a superb November for both properties sold & selling price. With an overall decrease in single family inventory from last November, Hamilton & Burlington made up for it with a 17% increase in property sales & 21.2% in selling price compared to last November.
Detached (Single Family) Houses Sales & Prices
This November 2020, Hamilton saw 515 new listings of single-family homes with an average selling price of $721K compared to last November, where there were 530 new home listings with an average price of $576.7K. Despite a slight decrease (2.8%) in inventory for single-family homes in Hamilton this year, we see an incredible 25% increase in selling price for homes sold in Hamilton.
Similarly, in Burlington in November 2020, 71 single-family homes were listed with an average selling price of $1.278M compared to November 2019, where 132 homes were listed with an average selling price of $997.3K. Once again, a substantial decrease (46%) in inventory for Burlington family homes resulted in a 28% increase in selling price for Burlington homes.

This November 2020, Hamilton had 151 new townhome listings with an average price of $555.6K compared to last November, where there were 122 new listings with an average price of $469.4K creating an 18% increase in sale price. Similarly, for condos listed in November of 2020, there were 83 new listings on the market with an average sale price of $365.9K compared to last year where 65 new condos were listed with an average sale price of $323.6K creating a 21% increase in condos on the market with 13% increase in price.
In Burlington, 62 new townhomes were listed with an average selling price of $712.8K compared to last November where only 53 new properties were listed with an average selling price of $608.5K. As for condos this November, Burlington had 50 new listings with an average selling price of $530.1K compared to last November, where 45 new condos were listed with an average selling price of $530.5K.
