In November 2020, 362 townhomes sold in Toronto with an average selling price of $819.7K which is 24% more than last November 2019 with a 7.3% increase in selling price. On the other hand, there has been an almost doubling in condos on the Toronto market since November 2019 with 1,372 sold in the City of Toronto at $640.2K, 3% less than last November.
